Our goal is always to be highly professional. Bosid 180/46 automatic book sewing machine can be applied to a wide range of paper-light paper, book paper, coated paper and recycled paper, with a production speed of up to 180 cycles/minute. Various high effective product become true for the extremely starting of the automatic edition function. Automation and precision, speed and stability more perfectly reflect the sewing quality ,flexible and simple operation.
The large capacity feed hopper makes it more comfortable for the machine staff to put in the book post The double feed clip allows the back ridge of 460mm to be machined, such as A5 diptych or uncut A3 size books, making it easier to pull large posts, even when working with thin sheets or loose posts 
The vacuum page remover has four programmable page opening heads and built-in long and short edge page openers, and three adjustable vacuum valves have been added to enable the tissue paper to better complete the vacuum page removal requirements in the programmed sequence. The height of the accelerator wheel can be programmed according to the thickness of each post, and can accommodate different post inputs in a book. The lock saddle is driven by the camshaft of the cam n case, and its transmission components run in a sealed oil bin. This advanced drive system design ensures a long service life for the cam n and eliminates the need for any routine testing and maintenance. 
The 17-inch rotating color touch screen enables human-machine dialogue and controls all machine functions Ultra-short stitching, threading and crochet needles can be inserted very precisely into the bottom hole made by the bottom pin along the back of the book, guaranteeing the highest locking quality The core of the book after locking the wire is synchronously output to the large book collecting table, and the trimmer at the exit unit can automatically trim the tail line to about 10mm, and for high-end models, an optional stacking system with pneumatic extraction arm and extended drive belt can stack books up to 120mm for more comfortable operation specification
